You open an account by submitting the registration form. A welcoming email is immediately sent to you, with all instructions to confirm the creation of your account with a single click.
You log in to your account by entering your username (User) and your password (Pass) in the form located at the top of each page (if you do not see this form, you are probably already logged in). You forget your access codes ?... No problem, just click on the icon and they are emailed back to you within seconds.
You open your prtfolio (All my listings) and you click on CREATE A NEW LISTING in order to launch the wizard, which will guide you step by step...

Step 1
You enter all about the property, including a description.
mandatory:
Title for the listing, type of property, amount of rooms, of bedrooms and surface of habitation, description, city, postal code and price
optional:
Surface of land and exact address
Step 2
You upload images for your property from your computer or from the Internet (if they are already available on another site). You have to enter a title for each image. All images are automatically resized to the required size.
mandatory:
At least one photo of the property
optional:
up to 5 photos of the property, a map or a plan and a satellite or a plane view
Step 3
You translate all contents yourself or you take advantage of our automated translation.
mandatory:
All fields must be translated
Step 4
You process your texts for both languages using our online WYSIWYG tool (Word-like). Bold, font size, alignment, etc. Let your creativity express itself and see the result in real time.

Text processing is not mandatory but heavily recommended
Step 5
You enter all personal data needed by the visitors if they want to contact you. You have one single personal data for all your listings.
Agents are required to enter the name of their company and may upload their logo.

Name, last name, status (owner or agent), gender, city, postal code, country, telephone, email
optional:
Birth date , exact address, fax and mobile phone numbers
Step 6
You preview your listing exactly as it will be published on the site. You just click on an area to modify the related content until you are entirely satisfied with it.
You may interrupt this wizard at any step then come back to it later. All data up to the previous step is saved and your listing appears with a symbol in your portfolio.
You publish your listing whenever you are ready through the wizard scrolling menu.
Owners:
Publishing a listing is the only payment requested on NormandyForSale.com ; no recurrent fees, nor any commission on sales will ever be required from you neither before nor after the publication.
Tariff:
50.00 Euros per listing for an unlimited period of time
Promotion:
0.00 Euros per listing for an unlimited period of time*
During promotion periods, displayed on the home page and when you publish a listing, your listing goes online for free. Promotions are available very regularly.
Agents:
Agents do not pay for each listing published but benefits from a monthly fee allowing them to publish as many listings as they wish during the billed period.

When you pay your first monthly subscription, the second month is offered for free.
All payments are processed online with a payment card via PayPal, first online payment interface worldwide.
Once your listing is online, you can display detailed statistics allowing you to check its popularity.
At anytime, you have the ability of suspending a listing in order to amend its contents. You may also modify your personal data from any listing without having to suspend it ; your new data will then be automatically available from all your listings.
Once the property is sold, you may either delete it entirely from our server or transfer it to our sold properties archive. In this case, owners personal data and requested price are erased from the listing. Agents personal data is also erased but a link to all their listings is provided.
