May real estate agencies, agents and in-betweens publish their listings ?
NormandyForSale.com is a project carried out by individuals, owners of the properties put on sale. However, agencies or other in-betweens can publish listings as long as they aknowledge their status at the time of their publication on line. This information is easily visible on each listing.
You just have to click on the icon located right of the button "login" or to display directly the corresponding page: http://www.normandyforsale.com/en?login_error then to enter the email address related to your account in the field and then click "OK"... your access codes are immediately returned to you. If you do not either remember the email address you used with this account, you will easily find it by searching for your listing and by clicking on in the Contact zone. If you do not have any more access to this email address, contact us and we will assist you with the matter.
Opening an account is free, as well as the whole creation process for a listing. You thus preview your listing exactly as they will appear on the site without yet spending a single Euro. If you decide to publish a listing, the regular tariff for owners is 50 Euros payable online by credit card, at the moment of the publication. No other fee will ever be required from you afterwards and your advertisement will be remaining online as long as you wish. Agents do not pay for each listing published but benefits from a monthly fee of 50 Euros allowing them to publish as many listings as they wish during the billed period.
Note that NormandyForSale.com will not either require commission on the sale.
PROMOTIONS: NormandyForSale.com organizes promotions regularly (visible by a banner on the home page) allowing owners to publish up to two listings for free. If you publish a listing during a promotional period, you are always informed of it at the time of the publication and this listing goes online without displaying the payment page.

To be useful to those who search for a property to buy, NormandyForSale.com must display a minimum amount of listings online. This amount - indicated everytime you publish a new listing - is increased every quarter to match our development.
Hence, as long as the amount of the listings published is lower than this trigger, each owner can claim up to two free listing. You are automatically informed of your rights to a promotion when you publish a new listing online. Agents benefits from a free month subscription offered with their first payment.
If you do not benefit from a free publication (see above), your payment will be carried out online using PayPal, first service of online payment in the world.
The transaction is carried out directly on the secure site of PayPal, which means that we have no knowledge of your banking data.
You just have to select "This estate has been sold" in the assistant for this listing. If the listing profited from a free publication, this réopens your rights to exemption from payment for a new listing (read above).
A sold property does not appear any more in the offers but is still listed in your portfolio and possibly in our archive of sold properties. This archive allows us to calculate an average rate of sale as well as an average time between the publication and the sale, important information for those who wish to sell their estate.
