NormandyForSale.com is a service for publishing real-estate listings online.

1. Any use of the NormandyForSale.com site implies the acceptance of our Terms Of Service.

2. The listings are published under the sole responsibility of their authors.
NormandyForSale.com reserves the right to refuse purely and simply any listing, even in the course of publication, and more particularly when by its nature, its text or its presentation, the listing appears to cause a contradiction with the spirit of the site or is likely to cause protests from any third party.

3. The creation, the publication and the withdrawal of listings are carried out in real time by the authors.
Therefore, the publication of a listing will be conform in all points with the information provided by the author and no complaint will be accepted once the listing is published online, the author being able to freely preview, modify or withdraw the listing.

4. Authors are responsible for the payment of any publication on line at the conditions defined on the payment page.
The cost perceived at the time of the publication on line covers the service of creation of the listing and its publication for an unlimited period when the author is the owner and for an unlimited amount of listings during the subscription period if the author is an agent.

5. All taxes present or future are billed to the authors in addition to the advertised price. If they occur, they are displayed at the time of each payment.

6. NormandyForSale.com cannot be held responsible for connection issues , data transmission issues, or unavailability of the network.
The providing of the advertised services always depends on their availability at the time of use. In addition to the case described above in paragraph 2, NormandyForSale.com can also be brought to move, suspend or remove a listing. In all cases, the perceived fees will not be refundable if the listing has appeared online more than seven days.

7. NormandyForSale.com reserves the right to modify its tariffs without notice.
The relevant tariff is always the one indicated at the time of the publication on line of a listing and concerns only this listing at the given time. The publication period being unlimited, it does not cause any recurring or additional cost for the author.
In the case of a subscription, the relevant tariff is always the one indicated at the time of the payment and concerns only the billed period.

8. Billing :
No fee is perceived before the publication on line of a listing. This publication is decided by the author himself after having previewed its listing as it will be displayed to the public. Any publication is payable cash by credit card at the time of its going on line.
In the case of a subscription, all fees for all listings are included during the subscription period.

9. In-betweens and real estate agencies :
Any author who would not be the owner of the real estate advertised and who would perceive a remuneration for this service must mention his status at the time of the publication on line of the listing. We remind you that the Hoguet Law (Loi n° 70-9 promulgated on january the 2nd of 1970) organizes most activities related to real estate selling.

10. Responsibility :
It is up to the users to ensure the security of their own computer. NormandyForSale.com could not be held responsible for any accidental or voluntary damage caused to the user by third parties or by their connection to Internet network.

It is up to the users to verify the compatibility of their computer system or that of a third party with the software developed and published by NormandyForSale.com. NormandyForSale.com could not be held responsible for the bad quality or the dysfunction of computer systems belonging to or operated by third parties hosting or publishing links giving access to the services provided by NormandyForSale.com or of their incompatibility with the software developed or published by NormandyForSale.com.

11. Cause beyond control :
In the event of cause beyond control, NormandyForSale.com could not be held responsible for an unspecified damage which could be undergone by the user. A non exhaustive list of causes beyond control is: war, riot, strike, fire, explosion, flood, cyclone, earthquake, sabotage, computer virus, failure of a computer system or any other event independent of the will of NormandyForSale.com and likely to compromise the execution of its services.
